Tarit has over 40 years of rich experience across energy production, power trading, systems engineering,project management and process excellence working with some of the most renowned conglomerates in India.
He started an energy focused engineering consultancy in 2014 with a mission to democratize energy excellence.
He has most recently been involved in multiple energy efficiency and green energy projects, including CDM and PAT, across India and South East Asia, serving blue chip clients partnering with leading global engineering consulting & assurance firms such as LR, SGS and MITCON.
Tarit works closely with leading Solar Power developers as BD advisor. He also Served as ED at Siddharth Infra Power Pvt. Ltd. (an A+ rated EPC contracting firm for EHV projects in Western India).

Kapil is MBA/PGDM in Marketing and B.E. (E&C Hons). He is also expert in designing Senior Management, strategy of Recruitment, Purchase and Design so as to achive the business expansion in abroad,
Kuntal is experienced Electrical Engineer with 14+ years of experience in Electrical Projects.He is very competent in understanding of Electrical Drawings, Planning of Projects & Erection. He is also Experienced in Managing turnkey EPC projects, LT,MV, EHV cable laying, supervising Straight through Joints & Outdoor, Transformer & GIS Terminations.He has handeled various projects like 110 KV UG Cable Accessories Installation Taif Saudi Arabia, 110 KV UG Cable Accessories Installation Riyadh,220KV UG Cable Accessories Installation, Chittagong Bangladesh, PSTCL- NICCO 66KV UG CABLE AT LUDHIANA, PGCIL SIEMENS 765/400 KV SUBSTATION GAYA for AECC, Indian Navy-L&T Vizag 50KM 132KV cable laying and accessories installation for PTG, 1.1Kv-220KV UG cable accessories installation all over India.
Bharat is Electrical Engineer with + 5 Year of experience in specialized Transmission & Distribution network, LV/MV/EHV switchgear. He is having expert knowledge of Project execution of Supply, Shifting, Installation, Testing and commissioning of LV/MV/EHV switchyard erection/cable laying work/switchgear.
To finding the concern tender, analysis & review of tender on technical & commercial aspects/cost management (i.e. GTP/GCC/MOC/BOQ/BOM etc.), prepare estimation offer and submission for the tendering with approval of MD, Also responsible for review the technical scrutiny of concern documents, negotiation deal and finalize the AT/Order process with client and manufacturer. Responsible for the product manufacturing proto & lot inspection as per client requirements, to issue drawing approvals/DI and other liasioning work. Conduct the site survey, and prepare the report as risk assessment/hazard analysis/work method statement. Also key responsibilities are Daily-weekly-monthly work Planning, Execution along with HSE safety.
He in his service span completed projects like 132kV EHV cable and dry type cable end termination at ERDA, Vadodara-Gujarat,Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11kV Ring Main Unit at Statue of Unity, SITC work of industrial illumination work at NTT-220kV/33kV GIS substation, Thane, Mumbai
Manoranjan is Diploma in electrical engineering having 14+ Years cross functional experience in the fields of electrical projects.
He has handled various projects in his carrier like NKG220 KV UG cable laying & Accessories installation, L&T 132 KV UG cable laying & Accessories installation, Rourkela Steel Plant 132 KV Cable laying And accessories Installation, Kolkata port trust (Haldia) , 1.1KV cable laying & associated works and many more.
He is responsible for project management and site execution, coordination with vendor and clients. He is also well versed with submission of weekly monthly review for milestone against project plan. He has good knowledge of preparation of bills and reconciliation. He is also ensuring electrical safety during work.
Bhavik firstly completed his Diploma Engineering in Electrical and sucessfully completed his Bachelor Degree in Engineering. He is fully conversed with Ms office as well as AutoCad. He is also having basic knowledge of PLC programming and installation.
He has five years of rich experience in Oil, Gas, Power Distribution, Power Transmission Sector Projects whcih also includes AMC contracts. He is very much familiar with all engineering process and safety protocols related with field. He is able to oversee Maintenance activity, Billing, Work Schedules,Reports, Documentation work. He is capabile to maintain multiple running project calculation accurately and clearly. he has proficiency in Billing Preparation techniques
